A complex, mildly spicy brew with clove-like aromas that blend into fruity esters, including bubble gum, cotton candy, and banana. We kept the body light and well attenuated to yield a beer with a balanced hop and malt character that finishes slightly sweet and is reminiscent of Trappist beers from Belgium.
