ZAP! Lager

We love a light lager at Blue Island Beer Co., and this one gets us more excited than any other that we've made! A collaboration with our friends, Todd and Mike over at ZAP! Taco House in Mokena, we wanted to make a beer that went perfectly with their delicious tacos and on it's own. Crisp, clean, with a lovely floral German hop finish.
