The Villain sneaks up with toasty, bready and biscuit malt notes all with a remarkable balance. Light-handed specialty malts give a perfect character to this throwback to Mexican brewing history when amber colored lagers ruled south of the border.

5 Bridges has low hop aromas and flavors, accenting the delicate malt character with lager-like flavor characteristics. This beer is brewed to be light bodied, and slightly dry on the palate with a crisp finish.

In our TapRoom, we create new flavor combinations by combining our house-made sodas with our beers. For “Jerk Store”, we have taken ingredients of our cream soda and infused them into a sweet stout, creating our first beer in the series. Allergy alert: Contains lactose.

Brewed with a crazy amount of late addition hops and for the ultimate freshness, Dänk Punk is an extremely citrus forward beer. With two different dry hop additions, Dänk Punk has very vibrant flavors and aromas without a lingering bitterness, finishing with a pleasant carbonation sizzle. .

American IPA

Our American IPA, brewed with healthy additions of Pacific Northwest hops, has flavors and aromas of tropical fruits, citrus, and pine notes. Combined with a touch of toasted malts, the Hard Luck is medium bodied with a dry, pleasant citrus finish.
